Also new is a fundraising effort I have launched for 2 animal related non-profits in El Dorado County: P.A.W.E.D. (People for Animal Welfare in El Dorado County www.pawedpets.org) and EDDOG (El Dorado Dog Owners Group www.eddog.org). JULY 2010:
Thanks to the hard work of P.A.W.E.D. (People for Animal Welfare in El Dorado County) and the Shelter Coalition, supporters successfully lobbied the Board of Supervisors to move forward with the next phase of building our critically needed new county animal shelter!
MAY 2010:
For the second year in a row, Sierra Dogs made it into the Top 5 in Dog Boarding in KCRA3's A-List contest. We are the only sole proprietorship business to do so, after competing head-to-head with really large companies! See more here.
