Your dog stays in my
home in Placerville with me and my dogs Luna & Vesta, and is a member of the
family. There is an approximately 1 acre fenced yard as a play area, set on a larger 2.9 acre property, many comfy spots indoors, and as much attention, play, and exercise
as your dog wants and needs!

Board & Train
After an individual consult session, I develop a customized training plan for your dog, which will include one to four weeks boarding and training with me, and two follow-up one-on-one sessions to transition the new behaviors to you and your home. There is an initial consult fee of $125. Then, the Board & Train rates include the stay with me, plus 2 follow-up sessions in your home.

Training & Behavior Consults
I provide behavioral consultations, and individualized one-on-one training sessions, generally in your home. Common issues include chewing, jumping, mouthing, pulling on leash, housetraining, food or object guarding, etc. Please contact

Dog Behavior Workshops, Seminars, and Classes

Pet CPR, First Aid & Care Classes
I teach two separate classes in this area:
The first is a 4-hour class on the essentials of Pet CPR and First Aid for dogs and cats. Skills highlighted include: primary pet assessment, rescue breathing and 3 types of CPR, bandaging and immobilization techniques, what to do for burns, choking, heatstroke, snake bite, how to conduct a Snout-to-Tail assessment AND SO MUCH MORE!
The second is an 8-hour class called PetSaver™. Skills covered include: primary pet assessment, rescue breathing and 3 types of CPR, bandaging and immobilization techniques, what to do for burns, choking, heatstroke, snake bite, how to conduct a Snout-to-Tail assessment, dental care, caring for a senior pet (age 7 and above), and additional wellness and preventive care. .
Both classes are a mixture of lecture, demonstration, and hands-on skill practice, and are suitable for pet owners; Pet Care Professionals such as groomers, trainers, and pet sitters; and emergency response personnel such as fire fighters, police, and search & rescue.
I am certified as an Instructor by Pet Tech, the premier provider of instruction in pet CPR, first aid & care.
