CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
First Aid & CPR Essentials: Skills covered during this 4.5 hour class include: primary pet assessment; rescue breathing & CPR; bandaging & immobilization; what to do for burns, choking, heatstroke, snake bite; how to conduct a Snout-to-Tail assessment; AND MORE! Classes are a mixture of lecture, demonstration, and hands-on skill practice, and are suitable for pet owners; Pet Care Professionals such as groomers, trainers, and pet sitters; and first responders such as fire fighters, police, and search & rescue personnel. I utilize the Pet Tech curriculum and method. Pet Tech is the premier provider of instruction in pet CPR, first aid, and care.
PetSaver™: Skills covered during this 8-hour class include: primary pet assessment; rescue breathing and 3 types of CPR; bandaging & immobilization; what to do for burns, choking, heatstroke, snake bite; how to conduct a Snout-to-Tail assessment; wellness; preventive care; dental care; caring for a senior pet (age 7 and above); AND MORE! Classes are a mixture of lecture, demonstration, and hands-on skill practice, and are suitable for pet owners; Pet Care Professionals such as groomers, trainers, and pet sitters; and first responders such as fire fighters, police, and search & rescue personnel.
